If you find a better rate for one of our hotel rooms (same room type, dates and inclusions) on another website, contact us at info@theburrard.com and we’ll match it.

We understand that you might need to cancel—things come up. But make sure to do it 24 hours in advance of your check-in or we’ll have to charge you for a night.

Our non-refundable rates are—you guessed it—non-refundable. If you have questions, please ask before you book.

Kids under the age of 12 stay for free, and cribs are available on request for just $15/night (+ tax).

Your hotel bill will include a 1.5% Destination Marketing Fee (Hotel Tax), 5% Goods and Service Tax (GST) and 11% Provincial Sales Tax (PST), which includes 8% PST and 3% Municipal and Regional District Tax (MRDT), and a 2.5% Major Events MRDT.
